Rhodiola rosea is a legendary adaptogenic tonifier that comes from the polar Arctic regions of Eastern Siberia. Also known as Golden Root or Arctic Root, rhodiola was highly valued by traditional Arctic tribes as a strengthening tonic to increase physical and mental stamina.
