We propose consulting services for a full turnkey solution - a plant capable of processing 250 or 500 tonnes of solid waste per day, with recycled material (glass, metals, biomass) at the output. Solid waste processing technology is supplied by a US company. Required level of financing is $10 million, repayable within 5-7 years at the lowest market rates. Financing is guaranteed by Eximbank (USA), in accordance with the bank\'s terms and conditions.
