We are working as management Consultants for various private entrepreneurs and have contacted you for our client willing to set up a Thermal Combined Cycle Power Plant 80-100 MW. Out of this production about 30MW will be on GAS and rest on heavy oil (HFO) or any other economically viable fuel. For 30MW combined cycle operation the machines shall be dual fired.

You may suggest the best available combination. WE would like to check both on reciprocating engines run on RFO or gas turbines (in combined cycle) that can run on RFO. This power plant is being designed to operate by end of next year (Sept/Oct 2007) under Government of Pakistan Fast Track Policy. We have to agree with PPIB on power purchase rate, and need formal quotations. Consultants are also in line, and they will be advised to use our selected machines in their feasibility and design.

Perhaps we will have to bank on the \"of the shelf available machinesГўв‚¬Вќ The final selection of machines shall however depend on the Fuel consumption, output at site conditions (Max Temp 45Deg C, Altitude abt 200 Meters asl), and efficiency of the machines.
