We are in business since over 12 years in Dubai and Middle east. We will send you the Project Report after getting some more information from you.

Due to the upsurge in the Real Estate business since the last 5 years there have been tremendous growth and opportunity in freehold (started in 2001) property phenomenon.
We are looking for Investors/funds to finance our projects.

I would like to know:
The cost of arranging the finance
The profile of the lenders (private company, individual or FI)
Minimum expected ROI say over 3-5 years (turnaround time for the investment return)
Upto what value can be invested? We are interested in values ranging between $25M-$100M
The Project itself will serve as collateral in case of Investor providing cash. Let us know if this is acceptable.
One way that I have learnt possible is to get a UNCONDITIONAL INSTRUMENT discounted by our Bank so that Bank gets paid face value at maturity (1 year or longer term instrument), Provider gets paid the discount value and we would get the difference between what the Bank offers and the discount value.
If PPP can be used to geenrate funds for our Project using a Leased Instrument then we would be interested.
