Actual price issued by Nokia on the FCO might be lower or higher depending upon finalized quantity & production costs. All phones are brand new, original, eurospec, T2 status, never locked, oem packaged with multi-lingual software/manual (first language as English), 2-pin charger, battery, 1yr warranty. NEW PROCEDURES FOR PURCHASING NOKIA PHONES Nokia has now put into place a new procedure for purchasing mobile phones. This procedure allows the buyers to purchase stock at factory price, which is a vast savings for the buyers! Please note details below: PLEASE NOTE: LOI MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE ICPO & BCL.....NO EXCEPTIONS!!! 1. NCND is set in place and signed by all participants in the deal including the buyer. 2. Buyer submits LOI (letter of intent without the banking information) and sends through channel with Irrevocable Fee Pay Agreement for 2% indicating that he/she is willing to pay this commission above factory price. This is how all broker(s) and Nokia Representative receive their commission. LOI will be provided to buyer through Nokia Representative (No banking information is required. 3. Nokia will contact the buyer directly with Proforma Invoice with prices and shipping schedule. If the buyer agrees, he proceeds with the deal and if not, the deal is dead. 4. Nokia Representative will issue Fee Pay Agreements to all parties involved in the transaction. 5. If a buyer declines the shipment, of course, no one will be paid. 6. This is a win, win situation for all involved. The buyers get the stock at a much lower price even after paying the 2% commission and the buyer(s) no longer have to be concerned about dealing with REAL suppliers, since they will now get the prices directly from NOKIA themselves. 7. Minimum purchase 50K units. 8. Lead time is 7 to 10 days. RECAP With Additional Information Buyer will receive NCND Agreement to be signed by all parties. Buyer will issue Irrevocable Fee Pay Agreement for 2% of the purchase price of phones to be equally among all participants and return with LOI. Nokia issues to buyer a Proforma Invoice with all details of the purchase. Broker(s) will issue their information for pay to Nokia Representative. Nokia Representative will issue Fee Pay Agreement to each Broker. Within 24 to 48 hours of payment, Brokers will have funds wired to their Bank.
