Established in 1983, for 25 years, we have been one largest manufacturer, produce film faced plywood, commercial plywood,chipboard,MDF,blockboard,yearly export 250,000 Cubic Meters of plywood, 200,000 Cubic Meters of MDF and Chipboard, 100,000 cubic meters of blockboard.
1. Film Faced Plywood /Concrete Formwork Shuttering Plywood
(1)Film: chinese black or brown 240g/m2, or imported from Finland and Dynea,weight 125g/m2, with buyers logo marked on film
(2) Core: poplar, birch, hardwood, combi, etc
(3)Glue: WBP(phenolic) with E1 formaldehyde and with E2 formaldehyde emission
(4)Size: 1220X2440mm, 1250X2500mm,1500x3000mm,625X2500mm or as requirement.
(5)Thickness: 12mm-27mm,etc
2.Properties of our plywood panel:
1) Particularly suitable for watering concrete project because it can make the concrete
surface smooth and flat
2) Anti-abrasive, winkles-resistant and anti-erosive
thus reducing the cost greatly and avoiding the disadvantages: rustily and erosive
of iron mould
3) The waterproof coating can extend the working life of the concrete
4) No color contamination between the concrete and the PF plywood
5) Low levels of aldehyde, phenol, and other toxic emissions
6) Solves the problems of leaking and rough surface during constructing process
7) Physical mood is better than iron moulds and can satisfy the requirements of
constructing mould, while the iron ones are easy to be deformed and can hardly recover
its smoothness even after repairing
