| Our business model is: to acquire the high-tech RFID smart labels which have the fool proof anti-counterfeit capability as the front-end anti-counterfeit labels (AC labels) encoded each with an unique ID code by our system and then sold to brand-name consumer product manufacturers ; set up a wide network of terminal scanning devices at membership department stores, supermarkets and other commercial sales points; make use of and serve as the technical platform of the well publicized National Campaign of No counterfeit at Thousands of Stores in Hundreds of Cities (organized by central government). using internet that is now widespread in China¡¯s cities as the economical mode of the data transmission in order to develop and expand a national Auto Identification of Anti-counterfeit commodities Network.Our system shall be set up in following steps:1st. set up a central host data base and a RFID smart label processing center; set up a company website; create an encoding system and store all the generated ID codes in the host data base;The task RFID smart label processing center is to write ID codes into AC labels according to orders received by our company. 2nd. Set up local host databases in the participating cities using internet as data transmission method; local host databases shall download periodically from the central host database the coding information of products which are going to be retailed, meanwhile feed the readout information back to the central host database;3rd. set up POS terminal scanning/reading devices which hook up local host database with ISDN or telephone lines at membership department stores, supermarket and other sales points; download product coding information from local host database; consumers can get to know true or false of the product they have bought on the spot through terminal reading and display devices.4th. Manufacturers who want to protect their brand-names will sign agreement with our company to become membership users of anti-counterfeit RFID labels(AC LABEL) which are bought and applied onto or embedded into their products before being shipped; we in turn will sell AC labels that can be validated at points of sales as our service carriers to manufacturers.5th. Our main business yields are (1) membership fee;(2 ) sale of AC labels. |
