Inspection SGS/LLOYDS OF LONDON, at the port of loading at Sellers expense, along with buyers representative, if they insist.
Seller posts Performance Bond 2% of the L/C value.
First Shipment within 30 to 45 days, after confirmed and acceptable fully funded L/C is received in the seller`s Bank.
