| NICOTINE SULPHATE 40 % THE PRODUCT ‘NICOTINE SULPHATE’ is an insecticide of plant origin. It is very effective against a wide range of insect pests effecting the crops of economic importance as well as on Ectoparasites effecting live stock, CHEMICAL COMPOSITION NICOTINE SULPHATE 40 % contains : NICOTINE ALKALOID 400 gms/1000 gms i.e. 40 % w/w Vegetable Oils,Tar, etc. , 20 gms/1000 gms i.g. 2% w/w Water and other ingredients 580 gms /1000 gms i.e. 58% w/w CHEMICAL FORMULA -- ( C10 H14 N2 )2H2 SO4 MODE OF ACTION ‘NICOTINE SULPHATE’ acts upon the central nervous system of the insect. It has both contact as well as fumigation action. IT'S USES: ‘NICOTINE SULPHATE’ is used to kill Aphids, Thrips, Bugs, Worms, Leaf-hoppers and similar sucking insects which attack and destroy fruit, vegetables, crops and even flowers.It is also effective against lice.Mite and Ticks which are a menace to live stock. ADVANTAGES OF IT'S USAGE * While synthetic pesticides have toxic reminents on fruits and vegetable which are harmful.Nicotine Sulphate being washable in water does not have any toxic reminents after usage, hence it is an extremely safe pesticide. * ‘NICOTINE SULPHATE’ being an insecticide of plant origin does not pollute the environment like other chemical insecticides. * No immunity has ever been developed by any pest against this product during it's ninty year continuous use all over the world. RECOMMENDATIONS ‘NICOTINE SULPHATE’ is mixable in all proporation in water at all temparatures. For effective control, 400 ml of Nicotine Sulphate should be mixed in 400 ltrs of water. This spray soiution under normal conditions is sufficient to treat 2-3 hectares or 30-40 trees.
