Vacuum and gas flushing packing machine

SUNWOO EM are manufacturing AZ-Series which is nozzle
type vacuum and gas flushing packing machine. Compared to
chamber type packing machine, nozzle type packing machine
is new concept of packing machine, And so, nozzle type has
many merits. The basic features are as follows.
to vacuum directly the inside of envelope by using nozzle
- Speedy work process
- available for any size of goods
( 200 liter drum is available to vacuum and gas flushing )
- Hot goods, fluid goods available
( impossible by chamber type )
- No damage from the momentary disparity of atmosphere pressure
2. Various function
- Sealing, Vacuum packing, Vacuum gas flushing, Two time vacuum and gas
flushing by one process
Easy control over vacuum degree and gas degree
- Low vacuum degree ( Minimum 3 kpa ) available
- Gas flushing fitted to the purpose of packing
( impossible by chamber type )
4. The packed shape of goods is controlled as worker pleases.

Our upgrade model of AZ-Series are scheduled to start the sale in May this year. The features are as follows.
