ORIGIN: Ukraine SIZE: any QUANTITY-1: 30000 MT/month, 360000 MT/year QUANTITY-2: 40000 MT/month, 480000 MT/year CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 months. PRICE:204USD/MT FOB Black Sea port or 239USD/MT CIF Asian port QUANTITY-3: 50000 MT/month, 600000 MT/year PRICE:201USD/MT FOB Black Sea port or 236USD/MT CIF Asian port CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 months. DELIVERY TERMS: FOB any Black Sea port of Ukraine. INSPECTION: SGS or equivalent at Seller's cost at port of loading. DELIVERY: First shipment to begin within 45 days after receipt payment stipulated by the contract. Following shipments every 30 days as per schedule agreed by the parties. PAYMENT-1: Advance payment by tranches in the amount of every 3 months shipment value against 1st class Western Bank guarantee for 100% + 6% (BG format and BG issuing bank to be preliminary agreed/approved with/by Buyer's bank). OR PAYMENT-2: with BLOCKED FUND LETTER on three month. PROCEDURES: After Buyer's company letterhead LOI is received signed &sealed: 1.Seller issues to Buyer signed & sealed FCO. 2.Buyer signs and seals with corporate stamp FCO and returns with bank endorsed ICPO or BCL (Format R40). 3. Seller issues a draft contract for Buyer's approval. 4. Seller and Buyer exchange final hard contract copies signed & sealed, by courier. 5. Buyer s bank sends a proof of funds letter to Seller's bank. Seller s bank sends confirmation of readiness to issue BG along with proof of product. Seller s and Buyer s banks finalize the banking procedure. 6. Buyer and Seller follow procedure stipulated by contract. |
