Working Process of 15000BPH Rotary Type Filler and Capper/Filling and Capping Machine for Crown Caps 1) The bottles which have been washed by bottle cleaner are transported into the bottle-inlet screw system on the conveying belt. 2The bottles are separated by bottle-inlet screw system to make the bottle distance equal to the filling jar and the valve ,and then will be transmitted to the bottle entering star wheel. 3)The bottles are transmitted to the bottle supporting cylinder of turn-table by infeed star wheel and then rise. 4) The bottle mouths press tightly the filling valves feeding pipe with the positioning device. 5) Bottles are transmitted out of the discharging star wheel by the bottle-guide board after the filling process has finished and the bottle support cylinder has moved downward mechanically.The star wheel will transmit the bottles onto the star wheel of capper which will make the bottles centering under the platform of gland head, 6) After capping, bottle-discharging star wheel will transmit the filled bottles onto the conveyor belt.
