DH-Ⅱ skid-detector is used to check and measure the skid between conveyor belt and active roller during the process of conveyor running. And avoid the destructive accidents due to skid. Furthermore, DH-Ⅱ skid-detector can be used to interlocked start and stop of multi-belt conveyors, and low-speed brake and speeding protection.

No.3 Working Principle:
As the DH-Ⅱ skid-detector working, the belt brings along the touchwheel(it is a wheel that must touch the belt as working), and read the actual belt speed through the running of touchwheel, which brings along the inner transmission shaft of the detector to work, and leads the inner velocity relay to work. As per the running of inner magnetism material, which produces magnetism that brings along the shifting fork to work and makes the joint produce the signals, such as opening or closed signal, and it is the detecting work of the machine. If there is different speed between belt and the active roller, and descends to 20-30% of the normal speed, the joint signals will change, at the same time, it will renewedly output new signal to control room, and alarm worker that the belt is in the serious state of skidding.
