No.1 Usage: The LL series of Material Leakage Detector is a kind of inspecting device, which inspects the instantaneous state of the materials that carried by the conveyor belt. No.2 Working Principle and Structural Characteristics: 1. LL-Ⅰ Working Principle of Material Leakage Detector The detector is a Gate-Style structure with touchplate, when the belt conveyor runs normally, and material on the belt will follow the belt running, and brings along the touchplate of the detector to swing. When the touchplate sways between 10°and 25°, output—under-loading switch signal When the touchplate sways between 25°and 40°, output—under-loading switch signal When the touchplate sways between 40°and 60°, output—under-loading switch signal The user can place the switch contact in the Control Room: the user can observe the instantaneous transportation state through the indicator lights in the Control Room. 2. LL-Ⅱ Working Principle of Material Leakage Detector The detector has normally open and closed switch contact group, as running of the belt conveyor, the touchplate will be deflection by the moving materials, as the deflection angle exceeds 20°, the Travel switch starts and outputs a set of signals, and the users can connects to Control Room to inspect the live transportation state, and the users also can use it with sprinkler system, and achieves automatic sprinkling function. 3. Structural Characteristics: In order to adapt the outside conditions, the inner metal accessories of the device adopt the galvanized technics. The outside accessories beside the case shell, adopt multilayer chromeplate technics. The touchplate adopts wear-proof rubber plate, and Case Shell is made by aluminum alloy, whose surface is dealt with static spray paint. The hereinbefore Material Leakage Detectors are adopted integrated Gate-Style structure. |
