No.1: Usage The Two-Level Deflection Switch is used for detecting the deflection value and distortion of the belt. It keeps the edge of belt from damaging and the material leakage due to deflection of the belt. It is a kind of protective switch that outputs alarm and shutdown signals automatically. No.2 Usage Conditions: Ambient temperature: -40 ℃ to +60 ℃; Relative temperature: not more than 90%; Atmospheric pressure: 80 ~ 110 Kpa; Altitude: not more than 2,000 M; Useful time: the switch 10,000; Insulation voltage: AC1000V, testing one minute. No.3 Working Principle and Structural Characteristics: The deflection switch has two-level active function. The first level is used for alarm; the second level is used for shutdown automatically. As the belt conveyor running, if the belt is deflected and contacts the vertical miller of the switch at the same time, vertical miller rotates itself, as the deviation increases, and the vertical miller will be squeezed to deviate. When the deflection angle is over 12°, the first-level works and outputs alarm signal. When the deflection angle is over 30°, the second-level works and outputs shutdown signal. The first-level switch is used for alarm. It connect the signals with adjusting deflection device, it can realize the function that there is no need shutdown but to adjust automatically. The second-level is used for shutdown. If connect the signals with control lines, it can be realize the function that it will stop as serious deflection of the belt. After eliminating the obstacles, the belt will depart from the vertical miller and it will be restore automatically. In order to adopt the long-term outdoor usage, the product is adopted integrated closed technics. And the inner accessories are adopted vulcanization technics. The outside accessories except the shell are adopted multi-layer chromeplate technics. The shell is adopted casting aluminum, and the surface adopts electrostatic spraying technics to adapt the usage in bad environment. |
